The Autauga Interfaith Care Center (AICC) is dedicated to helping those in need within the Autauga area. Some of those served are veterans in the Prattville area. Beginning on July 23, boxes will be located in the Family Life Center with the seal of the armed force branches on the front of each box. You are invited to bring canned goods and personal care items to the church from July 23rd – August 13th and place in the box of your preferred branch of service. On August 13th, we will weigh the items and declare a winner in the Battle of the Armed Forces.
Summer is when the supplies run low at the food pantry, so Trinity UMC Military Ministry wants to make sure our area veterans have access to food and personal care items and they ask for your support in this important ministry.
Here is a list of items in need: soups, canned meat, mac & cheese, peanut butter, jelly, laundry detergent, dish soap, bath soap, tooth brushes, tooth paste, razors, cleaning supplies, shampoo, and deodorant. All donations are welcome.
